- For current terms (and do's and don'ts!) please see the Covid-19 guidelines page.
- Please arrive a few minutes before your appointed time. If you are late your treatment time may be cut short in consideration to the next client.
- Mobile phones should be silenced or switched off in consideration to others but most importantly, you!
- For health and safety reasons toddlers and young children are not permitted in treatment rooms.
- No pets please! Guide dogs are allowed however.
- All major credit and debit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express. This is due to the charges I subsequently incur.
- A deposit is required for certain treatments, this can be paid via card over the phone, BACS or PayPal.
- Treatments and prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation and 'No Show' Policy
It is understood that booked appointments cannot always be kept. Please call/text/whats app 07967 293318, e mail from the 'contact us' page or use instagram to let me know if you cannot keep your appointment. Cancelling within 3 hours of your appointed time will incur a cancellation fee of half your treatment cost.
A first missed appointment (a 'no show') for treatments over £10 will result in a fee of half the treatment cost. A second non-attendance however will incur payment of the full treatment cost. For this reason certain treatments require a deposit on booking. I would like to thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
