My career change from NHS to beauty and skin care all arose from my love for make-up! Having initially worked as a freelance therapist for The Body Shop I then completed my City & Guilds diploma in Cosmetic Make-up at Truro College. I have since trained with professional brands including Jane Iredale and Mii and spent many years offering bridal and special occasion make-up.

My new service is aimed at ladies over 50 (where I find myself too!) and the changes this time in our lives brings to our skin and make-up application. For example, how to conceal a 'hooded' eye lid, recreate a thinning brow, concealing redness or choosing the right shade and formula of foundation for your skin type.

The importance of extending the principles of good skincare into our make-up is key for healthy, vibrant skin and does not need to be hard to achieve!
